Terms of Service

FloSpace is a platform operated in Bangkok, Thailand. We are a marketplace connecting you with independent fitness instructors (Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training). We are not an employer of the instructors and we do not provide the sessions ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share yours or sell access.

Instructor accounts require additional verification (certifications, identification). We may suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent qualifications or credentials.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Omise). Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of platform fees but exclude location-based travel fees, which are added at checkout. You agree to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Package purchases, FlowPoints redemption, and referral credits follow the rules shown during checkout.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against instructors or other users.
• Share contact details through the messaging system in an attempt to bypass the platform.
• Post false information about your health, identity, or qualifications.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or violates Thai regulations.

FloSpace instructors are fitness professionals — not medical providers. Therapeutic sessions (for conditions such as back pain, office syndrome, or pre/postnatal fitness) are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified doctor before starting any new exercise programme.

Clients can review instructors publicly after completing a session. Instructors can leave private reviews of clients that are visible only to other instructors and FloSpace administrators. Reviews must be honest, based on a real session, and free of personal attacks. We may remove or hide reviews that breach these rules.

The FloSpace name, logo, and platform design are owned by us. Profiles, photos, and session content you upload remain yours — by posting them you grant FloSpace a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform and in our marketing.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, FloSpace is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from a fitness session, from undisclosed health conditions, or from acts or omissions of an instructor or client. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
